DR. JAKE HANSEN D.C.

BIO
PROFESSIONAL
Dr. Jacob Hansen D.C. graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas with his Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor Degree in Health and Wellness.
While serving as the President of the Student Texas Chiropractic Association (STCA), Dr. Hansen was honored to meet with congressmen, senators and local government officials in an effort to expand the reach of Chiropractic, health, and wellness to people across the nation.
After finishing his academic and clinical requirements, Dr. Hansen was prestigiously selected to treat our country’s Veterans at the Dallas VA medical center as an intern, and has since developed a passionate drive to work with our Nation's Veterans and their families.
He has also participated in several pre and post doctoral studies in pediatrics, prenatal care, and women’s health.
Dr. Hansen has treated patients from all walks of life, including professional athletes in the NBA, NFL and the Olympics, to babies just hours old. His true passion lies in treating children and families.
From 2018 to 2023, Dr. Hansen's practice Restoration Chiropractic has been voted "The Best of The Best” Chiropractic office by Colorado Community Media Magazine.
PERSONAL
A highlight of Dr. Hansen’s life was serving a voluntary 2-year mission, for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Torreón, México. It was here that he developed a deep love and compassion for the Mexican people and their beautiful culture. Dr. Hansen speaks fluent Spanish would eat Tacos Al Pastor any day of the week.
His next greatest adventures came with the births of each of his three energetic and enthusiastic boys, Ethan, Beckham and Jack.
Dr. Hansen relates the following personal experience about being a chiropractor:
“I grew up in a family that was always active and on the go. We loved hiking, camping, biking, water and snow activities. I also participated in high school and college sports. I was blessed to receive a full ride track scholarship right after high school.
I continued this active lifestyle during my church mission where I walked almost everywhere, and
consistently stayed active well into marriage and having children.
Then in 2012, after finding out that my wife was pregnant with our third son, tragedy struck. I suffered a traumatic brain injury and was completely helpless for many months. I was left permanently deaf in my left ear along with many other major health issues. The pain at times, unbearable. In the beginning, even simple tasks had to be relearned and remembered. Things began to normalize and heal in 2018. Then in 2022 my family and I were at a restaurant eating dinner and I hit the back of my head on a nail and suffered a neck injury which then opened up a pandoras box of new physical, emotional and cognitive pain and trials and brought back old ones as well.
It is a slow, ongoing and difficult process. I now feel an extreme compassion for people experiencing pain, who have lost their health and hope, because I know what it feels like. I know the depth of suffering it can cause within oneself and among family members, and I don't want anyone to experience that if they don't have to.
My office is committed to do everything we can to restore your health, to restore your hope and restore your life through chiropractic care. This is my calling in life; I believe I was born to do this.”

PROFESSIONAL
Dr. Allen Fair graduated Parker University in Dallas, TX with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, a bachelors’ degree in Health and Wellness and a bachelors’ degree in Human Anatomy.
While in graduate school, Dr. Fair served as a student body senator, and president of the Extra-Spinal Adjusting Technique (ESAT) club. It was here that he gained a love for adjusting extremities as well as other areas of the body including the wrist, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and feet.
After graduation, Dr. Fair moved back to Colorado to serve the community that he grew up in. After opening his own practice in 2017 he decided to close it two years later and join the Restoration Chiropractic team.
PERSONAL
Dr. Fair takes great pride in saying that he grew up in Castle Rock. He moved here as a 1 year old and was one of the first group of houses in the Meadows. He stayed here until the middle of High school when his family moved out to Oklahoma. He returned again and again to Colorado, where he met his wife who is also a local Colorado girl.
Dr. Fair is a HUGE sports fanatic. He loves to watch and play just about any sport. His favorite teams are the Colorado teams; Avalanche, Rockies, Nuggets, Broncos, and Mammoth. He and his older brother are trying to watch a baseball game in every stadium across the USA.
Dr. Fair is very active in his community and church. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints, and chose to serve as a missionary in Ogden, Utah when he was 18 years old.
Dr. Fair has a wonderful family who is the pride of his life. He has a young daughter and son, as well as a lovely wife whom he considers way out of his league.

DR. Matthew Smith D.C.
DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC

PROFESSIONAL
Dr. Smith graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Los
Angeles, CA with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He completed his undergraduate degree of Biology pre-med with a minor in Chemistry at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK.
After graduation, Dr. Smith worked alongside his father, a chiropractor of over 35 years,
in Indian Wells, CA. Being mentored by his father was an invaluable experience and
helped to shape the Chiropractor he has become.
The Coachella Valley is a very diverse and active community, giving Dr. Smith the
opportunity to treat a wide range of patients. Given this demographic, he was able to
treat anything from farm-labor work injuries to professional athletes during the BNP
Paribas Open.
Dr. Smith also had the opportunity to travel alongside and treat the athletes participating
in the AIDS Life Cycle, a week long bike race from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
Restoring people's health and mobility is one of Dr. Smith's greatest joys and he is so
grateful for every opportunity to expand his knowledge and his ability to help others.
Personal
Dr. Smith is originally from Southern California. He is the eldest of 4 and grew up
enjoying extreme sports; everything from paintballing, dirt biking, jet skiing, skate
boarding, snowboarding, bird hunting...
Although he may not be hitting the quarter pipe at skateparks any more, Dr. Smith still
loves being active and enjoys being out in nature. He is an avid disc golfer. He is part of
local clubs and loves to compete in amateur tournaments. Don't be surprised if you run
into him practicing in one of the many parks around town!
Dr. Smith grew up being very active in the church. He was exposed to many outreach
opportunities, including missions trips to Ghana and Puerto Rico. He credits these
experiences with ingraining in him the importance of building community and serving.
Faith and family are of the utmost importance to Dr. Smith. He met his wife on a blind
date in 2007, where she crushed him in a game of bowling! Little did he know then that
he had met the girl of his dreams, and less than two years later they were married.
Together they have 3 amazing children and two crazy cattle dogs, which ensures there
is never a dull moment.
