WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST VISIT
The first step to becoming a patient of Restoration Chiropractic is to call and schedule your initial exam. We know seeing a new Doctor can be nerve racking. At Restoration Chiropractic we strive to give you a world class experience each and every time you come in our office. Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your appointment time and plan for around an hour for your first visit. It may take more or less time depending on your needs.
INTAKE PAPERWORK
At your convinience, we have an option for you to fill out your new patient paper work online, or print it off and fill it out in the comfort of your own home. If you don’t have a chance to fill it out before your first visit, no problem! Our highly trained staff will give you plenty of time to fill it out prior to your consultation/exam and will be happy to answer any questions you might have. If you plan to fill out your paperwork in our office, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment.

CONSULTATION/EXAM
One of the things we hear consitently from our patients is how happy they are that the Doctor took time to hear them out and to talk to them.
After the tour, you will be taken to our private consultation/exam room to speak with the Doctor about your health concerns, as he takes a detailed patient history. Next, a thorough physical, orthopedic, neurologic and spinal exam will be performed. Rest assured you will have plenty of time to discuss the reasons you have come in to our office.
THE ADJUSTMENT AND REPORT OF FINDINGS
If the Doctor has determined that you are a candadite for Chiropractic care, an adjustment may be given on your first visit.
After your adjustment, the staff will help you schedule a follow up visit called a report of findings (ROF) where the Doctor will go over what he was able to discover from the exam and the x-rays. In that visit he will answer questions such as

CONCLUSION
At Restoration Chiropractic, we believe that taking charge of your health should be convenient and affordable. We highly respect your time and want you to be able to get back to doing what you love. Therefore, after your initial Exam and Report of Findings, follow up adjustments and/or office visits will take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. We also accept walk-ins and same day appointments, depending on availability for your convenience as well.
Everyone deserves to feel their best. If we find that you are not a candidate for Chiropractic care, we have an extensive network of other health professionals to whom we can make a proper referral.
DIGITAL X-RAYS
Based on what the Doctor has found during the exam, he may prescribe digital x-rays to be taken. These allow the doctor to determine the best course of action for your treatment, and allow you to get better, faster.
GUIDED OFFICE TOUR
We want you to feel comfortable every time you come to Restoration Chiropractic. We think it's important for you to feel at home. Therefore, we offer a guided tour of our state of the art office for all our new patients while being available to answer any questions you may have.
