At the beginning of October Restoration Chiropractic made a goal to collect 75 new and gently used adult sized sleeping bags for the Help and Hope Center here in Castle Rock, CO.
And guess what?
WE DID IT.
Thanks to the generosity of our patients, friends, family members and local businesses we were able to collect
96 SLEEPING BAGS FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS
during the month of October!
Almost all of the sleeping bags received from this drive are brand new. Most of them are rated for low temperature, which means people thought about what they were buying for the severity of the winters here. All of these donations had a great deal of love put into them.
We are simply overwhelmed with gratitude and thanks. The outpouring of love and generosity that we have witnessed from our community is awe inspiring, and we are so moved by your kindness.
We feel compelled, on behalf of all the individuals who will be receiving these bags to say thank you also. You have made it possible for someone
going through a difficult time in their life to feel a little bit of warmth this winter.
